Don't even think about it. Price may look attractive but they will overcharge the utility Bill. Even though you don't use much utility, you still have to pay according to the square feet. For my 450 square feet it always around $100.00. Just imagine what they make from 240 apartments from this building. Horroble lease manager. Only friendly to their own kind of people.
