My wife and I just renewed our lease here. Our rent increase was well within reason, we've been renting in the area for about 4 years now, so we were not surprised.

This is why we renewed our lease and I recommend this building: getting breakfast in the community room on my way to the metro in the morning is very convenient and free, above standard office staff and maintenance, the building and entire area is very dog friendly (they even know our dog by name), I never miss a package because there is always someone at the front desk, the building functions are fun and have free food and drinks, we just added storage which is very affordable and convenient, our apartment has huge windows, and parking is easy to find in the garage.

I agree with the person who posted earlier- living here is "a lifestyle- not just an apartment".
