We've lived here a little over a year now and in my opinion, it's as close to perfect as your likely to find anywhere in this area. The leasing staff is top notch and they treat you like a valued guest instead of a number. The maintenance and front desk staff are also very friendly and responsive. The grounds are beautiful and kept meticulously clean, and the units themselves have many nice features. As with any place, there are a few minor things I would change if I could. But these minor things are easily forgiven if you're getting fantastic service from friendly people.

Apartment living may come with a lot of rules, but that's true anywhere you go. A more important question is, are the rules reasonable and how are they enforced' We've lived in other buildings where we frequently received threatening memos from the high-turnover management office about rules that didn't even apply to us, such as picking up after our pets (we don't have any), not storing things on our balcony (we didn't have one), and not parking illegally (we don't own a car). That's never happened to us here at Post Carlyle Square and I can't imagine it ever will as long as Eric and Lexy are running the show.

Excellent property management is very hard to find and is worth a lot more than you realize...until it's gone. We plan on staying here as long as the high standards remain in place and the top-notch management staff is still around. It's a great place to live.
