Awful Managers, Good Location

We enjoyed living near Old Town, with good access to DC. The building itself is just "ok" -- appliances are cheap, but about what you expect. By the time we left, it was being used primarily as student housing for interns -- felt like living in a dorm at well over $1000/mo. Ultimately, though, the management ruins this place -- they'll treat you with utter disdain and contempt every time you have to deal with them (once you've signed the lease, that is). I've never seen such poor customer service.
