Be Careful of Lease Terms!

My experience with the "13-month lease" is identical to the experiences described by at least two other reviewers.
The lease I came in to sign stated it was a "12-month" lease, but also stated that it would began the first day of month X, and end on the last day of the same month X. That?s 13 months! Also, examine closely the total charge over the lease period. You must check their arithmetic, or you may pay more than you had originally agreed to pay.
I do not know whether these apparently repetitive ?problems? are the result of dubious integrity or just incompetence.
