I am somewhat disappointed with this apartment complex for several reasons.
As stated previous reviews the roached are AWFUL and management knows this because they have scheduled exterminations for each of the buildings. They say that the apartments are remodeled but all they did was add new cabinets to justify the claim. Broken, shabby windows are hidden by the shades. The apartments are not thoroughly cleaned for the person moving in, so you need to take a day and clean it before you do so. It is also true that the men harass you, so I would not recommend this place to single, young females. I feel the rent is to high provided that utilities are not included and there is not in unit washer and dryer.

The positives, however, is that there are a couple shopping centers with laundromats, places to eat, and a CVS across the street.
I think this complex's best bet is to be taken over, completed renovated (I mean TRULY renovated) and converted into condos.
