I haven't been here very long but I already had a mouse (mice') problem worse than any I've ever had. They schedule "treatments" by the pest exterminators who don't show up. I could almost handle the mice, but there are HUGE rats that run around at night and people are handcuffed weekly (or more) by the state and city police and county sheriffs. I know this isn't a good part of the city, but we need a staff who's knowledgable and credible.

I just moved from California to this apartment, and my apartment was clean, but the paint wasn't done. There appears to be a mice and roach problem, but my apartment was treated the day prior to my arrival, and the whole apartment was done 2 weeks after that. I hope this clears the problem for the next 6 months. Also, I do see cops here all the time, but I am not bothered so far by neighbors. The music isn't loud, so I'm OK with it. I would not want my family to live here, however...
