Presidential Greens Apartments

Just what I needed From: katzmeow Date posted: 1/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I was so stressed out upon moving from California. I happened to come across this community my last day in town before making a choice on where to live. The staff was absoutely wonderful and a big reason why I leased. My apartment has been terrific just the right amount of space and the price for the area really helped me with my budget. It a pretty easy commute. Yes I wish I had washer and dryer but they do have a laundry area plus there are several in the area and I love being so close to the city. If you are just staring out in the DC area I defintely reccomend you check it out.
