Could be MUCH Better From: Carmen1956 Date posted: 2/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I was very happy at first, but immediately there was excessively LOUD and late night latin music pounding into my apt...I did call the police a few times and that stopped ...then there were a few roaches and 3 months later a few mice...the exterminator reduces these critters, but it is the tennants that bring them back again and again..I would really never move except for these problems that I believe they can resolve to keep good tennants...staff is nice...but the electr is a bit outrageous
