AWFUL From: renter22305 Date posted: 3/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   awful terribe staff and don't let you know about all costs upfront.They don't tell you you have to pay for gas and water. There are no seperate meters for each apartment so they divide it up among all the residents in the complex.You pay for everyones gas and water. Mice Rats and Roaches and mold hidden in the walls.The staff are always a problem. From parking stickers to anyting else- No matter what you need they always act like it's your fault.The people here are so noisy at all hours. They block lanes while they sit in their cars talking to friends on the street. Blow their horns at all hours of the night and day. Forget about a quiet place and resting during the day. They hangout all along the complex especially weekends and they are loud, drinking beer etc. Loud music all the time. The POLICE are always here. Rats are all over the children's play ground and you can see the holes from where they burrow.
