Roaches and mice inside the apartment. Loud music and shattered beer bottles outside the apartment. When you combine this with an unresponsive landlord and incredibly high electric bills, I would suggest you stay away.

As far as safety goes...you get a deadbolt and 2 security locks and the police are outside most nights. I will leave that to you if you think thats good or bad. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
