I don't know what some of the reviewers are talking about when this place has a severe rodent and coachroache problem. The exterminators come monthly and all that happens is you acquire your neighbors pets. This place appears doable but it is the type of place you stay in to settle for less for a short-term goal. The rats play tag in the courtyard when the weather's nice. The buildings are so old that rats come through the walls. Roaches live under the carpet. You must be able to endure hours and hours of latin music banging on your ceiling or walls. Car horns go off about 4:30 am - 6 am each morning to pick up all the day laborers (nearly everyone). Vagrants and drunks loiter in the hallways as well as bang on your day in the midle of the night cause they have their bldg confused with yours. I consistently had people attempting to get in my apt with their keyy. Miguel who works in the office is ----! This place is a dump. If you are used to the sewer than you will be right at home!

I've been leaving at Presidential Greens for about 2 years. When we moved here it was a decent place to live because of the rent but other then that it's an okay place. We have encounter some pests problems before it got solved but I think they are coming back. The location is decent because you are close to shopping areas and the bus and metro are close so you won't have to use your car and save some gas. The staff inside the office are friendly. I think that you would feel at home if you want to pay less.
