Presidential Green is a good place to live. The staff are outstandingly professional and their kindness gives one a sense of community. The apartments are in a safe, convienent place with access to food, gas and pharmacy all in walking distance. The apartments are well refurbished and clean-the heat and AC work well also. Drawbacks include occassional issues with noise and roaches. However, the maintenance service is top-notch. They come very quickly and almost always deal with the problem thoroughly the first time. Every residence has roaches and they have not been seen since the recent roach spraying.

I agree with. Clean, well kept, reasonable rent, diligent maintenance, nice helpful staff. Problems: once noisy neighbors, now quiet. Roaches at first, now we havent seen any, ANY, in two years. The wash rooms are sometimes a hassel and closed during extremely cold weather. However, pluses outweight the negatives, especially for the price.

It's very hard for me to believe that these comments are not coming direct from the management or favors for the management.

Sure sounds like management to me. i had live in pets, i.e., the mice and roaches, but the neighbors were nice, even though very few spoke english and i don't speak spanish. The maintenance was always late in coming, unless the problem was leaking water from another unit..lol.. requests to dispose of dead mice took a LOT longer, but the final straw were the bedbugs. i saw my neighbors toss everything they owned off their upstairs balcony, and i had to get rid of all of my stuff as well, which was very expensive. Rent at your own risk!!!!
