I love these apartments, I just got a loft with my roommate and boyfriend. It is so cool, the kitchen is relaly nice all new appliances, all name brand, the Skylights and ceiling fans are great. The fireplace is cozy. The staff was so helpful when we moved in, we had several problems with our previous apartment and the staff really did work hard to make sure our move in went smoothly. There are some things still under construction, but this is to be expected the apartments are brand new. There are only like 230 apartments int he entire complex so it is a pretty quaint community. Eventually a front entrance get will be controlled to allow you into the community. The main lobby building is nothing short of gorgeous. The pool is beautifl.

The only draw back is that it is in a light industrail area and close to the train tracks but that does not bother me casue you can walk to the Metro. Some of the apartments don't have great views like you are looking at roof tops of buildings but the apartments themselves are so pretty and so nice inside.

I don't think you can can find a better value for your money in the Metro DC area, I mean no one has ever live in our apartment before and there is a roof top tennis court, neat.

I do not work for this community, either, and I am new to the area but my last apartment was a nightmare so far this place is the best thing that has ever happened as far as apartment living goes.

this palce is so nice and so far I only have a few neighbors so I can't comment on noise but the palce is really beautiful and I have not had any problems.


I have had to get a few minor repairs and the Managemt has a guaranteed 48 hour response or they will give you a rent credit, so that is nice.

I just love this place.
