I think if you are going to write the story yourself from working in the office, you might not want to pat yourself on the back to hard.

The parking situation sucks, management takes NO responsibility for not informing you of changes and then find anyway to make a buck.

Then noise is horrible, you might as well slept with earplugs, I do.

So if you are going to brag about yourself, you might not want to be so damn obvious.

Actually, the staff prior to Equity's management was alot more personable and fun. The maintenance staff were great but I can't say that now. They should of kept the ones they had. But I heard Equity dosen't pay that great so it is no reason why they couldn't keep any of the good people. I heard about Equity's managment style and their reputation is to buy it and run it to the ground.

My intentions are to not renew my lease when it comes open, for these prices I am buying a house!
Happy apartment hunting, but don't move here.
