Apts. are very nice with high ceilings and new appliances. Also, very nice floor plan. However, it is a new community and many amenities and basic stuff is not operational or complete. The security gates doesn't work (I'm beginning to doubt it ever will). The trash rooms on each floor don't exist so its a pain taking your garbage out. The tennis court isn't done. The picnic area doesn't exist. They are doing construction so you have day-workers wandering around every day and it is noisy. Because of the construction, the courtyard is filthy and very unattractive. I don't think anyone from the office ever walks around the community, two lights have been burned out in the courtyard for months.

You may like the apts. enough to put up with the other inconveniences but don't believe all the promises they make. Their claims of amenities simply aren't true or at least haven't been for the past year.
