I want fist of all to say that yes, i did have some issues when I first moved about a year ago. My air conditioner didnt work when I moved in. It actaully didnt get fixed for about a month and a half. The property manager at the time John Sancho, was very compassionate and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible until it was fixed. He even gave me a gift card to a nice resturant to make up for the problems. During the rain storms in summer, my windows leaked and there was water damage. It took maitenance about 2 months to get that fixed. Overall The Reserve at Eisenhower is pretty quite and close to the metro station. Yes, you can walk to it! There is a parking garage to park in, but you might not always get to park on the same level you live on. I liked living here but I will be moving out soon, it's very expensive!
