I have been here for now 3 years and I must say the first thing I've been frusterated with is the turnover in the office, each time I visit the office to pay the rent I'm meeting them for the first time, lots of turnover, managment could be better, of all the property managers since I've been here only John Sancho is the only one I feel that gave a damn about the residents and the property. Place at the time was on the up and up and he took care of all my issues and did whatever it took to make us feel comfortable.

My car was towed here in the past only because I was never given a parking pass when I first moved in, I do like a few of the amentities which includes the business center, fitness center and the pool, I heard they even have a basketball and tennis court on the roof which I've never seen.

Very convieient to metro and they even offer a shuttle for those who are to lazy to walk, its only about a 5 minute walk but I guess on a rainy day it makes sense, it goes to both the Eisenhower and Van Dorn Metro, apartments are nice, maintenance seems to take their sweet old time to take care of problems in the apartment, they provide guest parking in the garage but after hours you have to rely on the parking outside the office and normally its always full, gate to the property always seems to be broken, easy access for a so-called gated community, not to much noise, a lot of military on site, renewals each year have been agressive, doesn't make sense to charge a current resident higher rent and allow new residents lower rent, where is the logic in that.

All in all its an okay place to live, a little industrial, my lease expires in September so I'll have another summer to enjoy the pool, not to busy during the week but can get a bit crowded during the weekends,

re: military: it's just an observation -- though you seem to party a bit more than everyone else. It's not that we're "too good" -- perhaps we're quieter? If some are not used to living around military, it's an issue...
