I have lived here for going on 5 months and I must say this has been the worst apartment I have ever lived in. For starters, the walls are extremely thin, when the people above me are home I can hear every step they take, it sounds like some one is banging on drums above me. When the people below me are home I can hear their TV/stereo through out my apartment. And when the people next to me are home (we share a bedroom wall) I can hear their TV (I can perfectly hear what they are watching, understand the words that are being spoken)and the multiple alarm clocks that start going off at 7am on Saturday and Sunday.

The staff that works in the office are incompetent. They weren't ready for me to move in on my move in date, all of the paperwork was wrong, they were trying to charge me more in rent than we had previously been quoted and they tried to charge more for the deposit. Luckily I had the agreement in writing and was able to get the paperwork fixed but not after a long battle with the office. When I moved in the apartment wasn't clean and there was paint all over the carpets. I have requested maintenance to come out to fix neumerous issues, they never show up. I am currently waiting for them to re light my pilot light (put in the request two days ago) on the water heater so I can have hot water and heat (which I haven't had for the past two days).

The only positive about the complex is that it's close to the metro.
