Your parking permit is merely for the convenience of the towing company that prowls our home at night to pad their wallets. It's true, management wasn't interested in your safety or convenience. No one complained that you were in their parking spot. Your vehicle did not prevent any one else from parking. Equity has a contract with a TOWING COMPANY that when business is slow, they can come to our home and snatch vehicles without the hanger on the mirror. The only customer service and satisfaction there is Dominion Towing. They are Equity's real customer. On top of it they are contracted to do it. So yes, a portion of your rent goes to a towing company that you will have the privelage of shelling out $125.00 and a $7.00 cab ride (not to mention you will be late to work). I hope Equity is happy, I will be moving out as soon as possible and will NEVER recommend this community to anyone. Kinda makes you wonder who is breaking in to our cars at night... doesn't it'
