I am thouroughly impressed with the office and maintenace teams prompt service. Any time I call in a request it is completed the same day and the office calls to confirm. The property is very well maintained especially considering it is a pet friendly community. The breezeways are cleaned and dusted reguraly and when you do make the office aware of something out of place they take care of it immediately and provide you with an update. Everyone is extremely friendly and service is always given with a smile. This will be my third year with Reserve at Eisenhower and will not be leaving until I decide to buy.

I've lived here for a year and it is no where near all fives. This reviews sounds like something written by the managment to get the ratings up. The management team (minus Stephanie) are rude and condensending. We've had water leek through the roof into the kitchen, damaging the walls and floor. There isn't much of an area for pets, even though our pet deposit is supposed to be going to the landscaping (which leads me to the question of why people without pets aren't contributing). And this place is so safe that a car was moved from the lower portion of the garage to the upper portion of the garage and completely stripped (side panels, engine, inside) under the nose of two police officers who supposedly rove the grounds and live here for free. But to give them credit, noise has never really been an issue and the maintenance team is leaps and bounds better than the old one since they've hired a new supervisor. At any rate, for the price and the hassel, I would recommend any number of other apartments.

I would have to agree with this. The ratings on this community are mostly accurate with exception of some really spoiled and . If you noticed, the 5-star rating was posted on the SAME day that the prospective tenant shared comments on this property and detailed their negative experiences. The Reserve has its share of problems that have not been addressed and this has created some pressure on management. After living there for a brief term, I witnessed at least three property managers and six sales associates. All of the staff, except for the associate that handled my lease were fake, sarcastic, and did a fantastic job at being polite while blatantly ignoring your request and scoffing at you. You can define it as condescending also. It is unfortunate, the community has the potential to be a great place to live. The theft, bad customer service, price, and not to be prejudice, certain military tenants who live there for short stints outlines the major problems. The "we will be gone soon, so why respect anyone" mentality really makes military neighbors look bad. Drunken fights with beer bottles being broken in the staircase and domestic disputes are some of the examples. Clear out the office and start over Equity. You need staff that will stay around, and that can connect with people genuinely.
