Poor design leads to huge utility bills

The bottom line is to be very careful about hidden costs associated with renting at the Reserves. Case in point, my May 11 water and sewer bill was $179.79 and my gas bill was $145.77. This was for a one ... more

DON'T DO IT

I moved here because I read positive reviews that claimed it was not a noisy place. BUT IT IS VERY NOISY. You can hear your neighbors through the wall AND ON EVERY SIDE...above...below...on the left...on the right...ESPECIALLY A NEIGHBOR'S WASHER ... more
