I have read many negative and positive reviews on this site for The Reserve at Potomac Yard. For starters, most of the complainers cant even spell. As for the slum neighborhood on the parking garage side, I have seen no problem. Just people that cant afford to live like kings. I live on the bottom floor and yes I occasionally hear movement above me, but what should I expect. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to realize that the structure is made of wood. As for theft. Tell me one place you can live theft free gated or not. Sometimes theives live amongst us. I cant believe people would choose a place to live solely on the word of a worker. If you are serious about where you live, you would personally exam your surroundings and make the decision on your own. The dog poo all around, sure I have seen some, but usually I walk on the sidewalk not the grass. I am in the military and have moved/transferred many times and nothing is perfect. I have seen vehicles/bicycles stolen from gated/underground garages, etc. Also, there are many residents there and could be many problems, you do not have a private repairman. As for the parking gargae being to far from you apartment, for Gods sake, did you not observe that before you moved' I have lived there for months and have not had a problem that I could not deal with. Also, as for the employees, how would you act if you had to constantly put up with people like these complainers. My take on most of the complainers is they wouldn't be happy unless they could get everything for nothing. For the people that dont like or have pets and need to be fed by a spoon, there is always assisted living in the area
