Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I currently live there. I have ANTS in the Spring/Summer that they cannot get rid of (with exterminator ruining my carpet once) Besides the ants, the gates...I pay over $1500 to live there and a part of it is the gate fee and it NEVER works. They claim they have a camera...they do not! Their idea of security is to park a police car (empty) out on the side.
The walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbors...having sex.
The office hours are not convenient if you work a regular 9 to 5 and they do not answer the phones at all on the weekends.
The trash piles up on each floor and i am amazed I do not see rats! (I guess all the traps placed around the neighborhood stops them)
Dogs still poop on the yard.
The fountain area...if that's what they call it...is disgusting!!!!!! It's a wonder no one catches west-nile virus or worse!
Kids from all the neighborhood make short cut through property and they ride bikes and play in the garage.
I can never get the fireplace to work.
They are just awful here!
