OK, so I moved here two years ago, and yes, I got suckered in by the new look and the discount move-in rate, which jumped by over $200 the second year!
The place must have been built by monkeys, cause everything keeps breaking and falling apart. I can hear every little thing my neighboors do(talk on phone, walk around, use bathroom!) And considering the area that is right next door(total ghetto), you'd like the "security" auto gates and walk gates to be always working, but they decided to put in the cheapest system they could find, so they're constantly broken and wide open! The management is ok, although it does seem to take a few calls before anything gets done. They did recently change mgt. companies so that may make a difference, and I don't fault them for the crappy complex. That is due to the decision made three years ago to build cheap and quick. Now the management has to try and keep this place together.

Yes, they're newer, yes they look nice, but believe me THEY'RE NOT WORTH IT! There are better places in the area that are more affordable. Please stay away!
