Overall It's Okay. From: chrislawhon20@yahoo.com Date posted: 11/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   My wife and I have lived here for almost a year and a half now and so far so good. We had a few problems when we first moved in with the lady below us. She's a little off her rocker. Also the quality and workmanship of the apartments could be better, However thats not the aprtments fault thats the contractors and the lazy builders fault. The floorplans are great and we love our apartment. The office staff has always been very friendly and helped with any problems that arose including the lady below. I would have to say my one major complaint is the cost I am paying more a month for a 763 square foot 1BR apartment than my dad is paying for a $200,000 house. Thats kind of depressing, however your not just paying for the apartment your also paying for the location. I have a 24HR grocery store along with a Target and Best Buy and many other stores and resturants including a movie theatre directly across the street. Not to mention I'm only a 3MIN drive to Reagan National Airport. So if your looking for a nice community that is as convient as it gets and you don't mind the price, then definately come check this place out. You just might like it.
