The management should come up with an alternative to the security gates, which never work. One other issue they should resolve are the neighborhood kids riding their bikes up and down the parking garages. I have come close to accidentally hitting them before, and something needs to be done about it. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience with the staff and they do a good job keeping up the grounds.

Wow---you must like dead grass and dieing bushes. When Lincoln managed the property the grounds looked like a golf course. What is with that stupid pit----they refer to as a pond. That is quite disgusting. The new management has really let the place go further downhill. Way too much trash around---especially the kind residents that think it is a good idea to leave it outside their door. Ever hear about rodents. They love trash.
