Besides the gates being open when they shouldn't and occasionally a problem with lazy residents leaving trash outside the chutes (which has been addressed by mgmt), this is a really nice place to live. Remarkably quiet considering its location (near Reagan Airport). Apartment (Carlyle) design and features are superb. Convenient to shopping and highways (GW Pkwy, 395, 110) - makes my commute to Arlington/Courthouse a breeze! Also, maintenance is helpful and problems are resolved quickly.
