Management and leasing office staff don't quite grasp the definition of "professionalism". They are never on the same page. If someone tells you something, get it in writing because rules, regulations, prices, availability, etc. varies from one employee to the next--completely undependable staff.
Don't live here-- go to The Reserve at Fairfax-- I live there now and they are awesome. Also, my sister lives at The Cascade at Landmark and they too are awesome. Happy apartment hunting, but stay away from this place:-)
