Going down hill! FAST

I have lived here since January - I was very happy when I first moved in. But, recently it is going down hill. My major complaints are 1) I expect a gated community to ALWAYS have the gates shut. For the last 1.5 months, that hasn't been the case. 2) The business center has 2 computer area - and at one time there were 2. Now, there is one - and it is finicky! 3) There is one gal on staff that comes across as a feel ----- - she will work with clients, but doesn't seem to care.

I'm happy for the most part with the staff, parking, and the grounds. When rent is $1300 or more - I guess I just expect more.
