When I first moved in the Reserve was a great place; however, after the buyout about a year or so ago, things have went down hill. Each staff member will tell you something different and often conflict with each other. They have started to charge for parking after years of it being included in the rent. The apartments are not worth it. I have had many serious problems with the office staff but I will not go into them all. I would caution everyone looking at this place!
