I needed to call the rental office and didn't have the number so while looking it up I came across this site and was quite preplexed to see the reviews.
The main thing I wanted to address was the negative comments about the office staff. I find them to be absolutely delightful, sincere, and respectful. Even after I signed my name on the dotted line they continued to be great. Repairs are done immediately. They even worked with me for weeks to get a better parking space after I moved in. I wonder what people expect from them'
Parking is great and if the garages are dirty that's more about the other residents not taking trash to the chute, but even then the bags are emptied the next morning.
