The location brought me to the reserve and thats about the only thing the place has to offer. The management staff is below average at best and loves to be arrogant. They are always quick with a fake smile and an I'll ask but rarely are concerns ever taken seriously. The blonde woman in charge with the incredible amount of make up on is worst offender of all. The maintance staff in my brief experience with them was excellent and responded quickly but I have heard other people express concerns. The gazebo in between the two units is often filled with teenagers making out which is funny once but gets a little old when it happens every other day. The majority of the people seemed nice and were very diverse. I will not attempt to renew my lease but I've heard lots of people tell me that when there lease expired the new rate was several hundred dollars more a month if they wished to stay. Pet friendly which was plus for me and the price was a little high but nothing out of the ordinary. Walls are thin and I'm sure my neighbors were upset with me on several occasions as I was with them. All and all not the worst place in the world and if its just a year you should be ok but any longer you could do better.

l will agree with this issue here at potomac yards apartment, the company need to come out there and see why people are moving out from there, one thing the rent over there are to high and the staff that claim to have some type degree that make them to work in the office are total wrong, because there are new property that are coming up now, beside that look around some more you find something else better beside potomac yards.
