this is my third apartment, and definitely the best experience i've had. it is on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for. if you check out other places nearby, you will understand that.

maintenance is always extremely fast for apartment repairs. i did notice that the "gates" for parking were broken for a few months when i moved in initially.

the shuttle to the metro is usually on-time, but it will fill up with people.

the north side of the building is a bit noisy due to construction, and the toyota dealership has car alarms going off throughout the day. the tenants are generally quiet though -- i can't verify their existence!

in particular, i enjoy working with stephanie and the feminine guy in the office. they get the job done.

the visitor parking is absolutely terrific. there is always plenty of it, so there is no threat to your cars getting towed if you parking in the allotted area.

a couple of people in the office are friendly. unfortunately, though, they don't ever have a consistent answer to anything. they always need to "check on it" and then never follow through.
