The apartment and location....great. The staff on the other hand are the most clueless people I have ever met. They cycle thru people about every three months and no one knows what the hell is going on. The "security" gates are always broken, and no one in the office seems to care or know why. The best was when cars were getting broken into, and they invited a police officer to come and speak about ways to protect yourself and your property, meanwhile the gates were being held open 24 hours a day..explain that. They cashed my rent check twice and originally told me they coudln't do anything about it, until I fought back did they reimburse me. Like I said, the actual living arrangements are fine, but the service is not worth dealing with.

really like the actual apt, but yes, the staff sucks. not only are they not very friendly, they don't know anything.
