I recently just moved out. This is my 2nd time there. I was there for two yrs the first time and 1 yr this time.I was on the 4th floor both times and never heard any noise. This second time I had a bigger apt and overlooked the dealership. I enjoyed not having anything really in front of me. I loved all of the windows. The parking spaces on the side of 200 building (outside) are smaller than the others. Also, I noticed when I was applying, a friend of mine was able to see an apt. even though it wasn't available. When I asked to see it, I couldn't because there wasn't one available. But, when i left and told friend, he told me to go back and see someone else. When I went back, the person was getting ready to show a white couple the same apt I wanted to see but couldn't. Draw your own conclusion. Also, the rent will go up from the regular price and not from the special. That's why I left. Rent went up 300.00 more a month. I never did understand why the gas bill was so high. It was just me. Parking went from 25.00 to 50.00 a month. The location is the best thing.
