enh... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/15/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   the complex overall is nice...however, i have a few gripes. i wouldn't say the leasing office is the most helpful or skilled (i've had packages missing that they claim weren't delievered but somehow managed to be given to me when picking up another package, notices regarding payments due to the lack of efficiency of past employees of the office...). also, if you're leasing here, i would advise to live on the top floor (4th). otherwise, you can hear almost everything that's going on in your upstairs neighbor's apartment...footsteps, toilet flushing, cabinets being shut, sexcapades. i tried to give the complex the benefit of the doubt, that maybe it was just my neighbors being rude; however, after a review of ratings of other equity apartments, it appears that most of the complexes have subpar construction. other than that, the complex is in a pretty good area. and very convenient as far as distance to DC, crystal/pentagon city, arlington. expect to pay for everything (no utilities included). and expect for your rent to be jacked up after your first year (and you'll really be in for a surprise if you paid a "special" rental rate).
