I moved in about a year and a half ago and I have truly enjoyed living here. The amenities are wonderful and the staff goes above and beyond my expectations. I am always greated when I come into the office and my needs are met. The location is awesome. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

I have never been greeted by the front office. Usually it is a pain to get them to get my mail when I come to pick up large packages in the front office. This review sounds fishy--like it was posted by management.

I couldn't agree more that this sounds like a management post. I never found had the staff go above and beyond anything except for making it clear that they are not interested in helping me but would rather gossip and surf the internet.

This was undoubtedly a management post. We have lived here for 2 years now, and the service has progressively declined. The current staff is either mentally deficient or extremely apathetic. The apartments are nice and a decent enough price for the area, but the staff almost negate those benefits.

I really dispise the staff here. I've lived here for 2 years, only the property managers were ever competent enough to address every situation. But once we get used to one, they bring in a new person. The recent replacement was great at keeping tenants happy, and really knew how to address issues. The current accounts manager is a few fries short of a Happy Meal; invoices or bills sent to apartments are always wrong. How can you be the account manager and not be able to read or add??? I've tried to rememdy their situation by applying to be a leasing consultant for the property; needless to say, they require you to have MORE sales experience, but so far on one in the office seems to even have any sales or customer service experience.

This is totally a management post. They are lazy and incompetant. I had a package delievered and they couldn't find it for the longest time. THey would just put me on hold for 15 minutes and say they would look for it but it was never there. So the sender contacted the post office and they said it was definitely there so my husband went down there and looked for it in the room himself and found it within a couple seconds. So they never put the effort into looking for it they are just useless!
