I just received my renewal package, which was delivered to me early last week. I live in the biggest 1 bedroom apt and they have now asked me to pay over $1770, per month. Have they lost their mind' That is truly a mortgage payment. Am curious has anyone else received such a ridiculous rent request'

Wow. Please post what you pay before the increase. Are you a "trouble maker" in that you are one of those that don't allow the management to push you around and now they are trying to force you out? I have heard from good sources that used to be the going rate for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. This is crazy.

Nope, no pool views. However, I do have a view of Route 1...more noise on top of more noise. And, no, I???m not one of those annoying tenants. Actually, I never even really bother the staff unless it is to pay my rent or pick-up a package. It???s quite disturbing that the complex does not to reward good tenants.

I had the middle size 1 bedroom and my rent went from $1300 the first year to $1342 the second year. I would check with the management, that has to be a typo. It wouldn't surprise me, based on the capabilities of the leasing office :)

we're supposed to sign a new lease soon and we're getting the Jefferson floor plan (2bd, 2bath) for $1650...
