This place is raising the prices yet again--this time on garbage fees. Starting next month, the garbage bill alone will rise by $9.00 per month. That may not seem like much, but consider how many hundreds of apartments are here and it adds up significantly--just wait to see how much they raise our rent. To begin with, the trash and recycling bins are usually overfilled and stuff just piles up around them (insufficient capacity). So the service is horrible, and now they are raising the cost.
