If you live here, expect not to get your packages.. the post office does not leave notices in or on your mail box that you have a package at the office. the office does not notify you of a package, and they have no system of recording acceptance. it's one big mess. the girls up front are rude, and will tell you that you don't have a package, even though you have a record of ups and the name of the person who signed for it! incredible.

Maintenance is ok.. the smell when it gets warm is horrific though. There's a garbage dump or something nearby. Really gross.

The smell is partially coming from the nearby water treatment plant and sewage. Similar experience with packages here--you really have to stay on top of them.

Just an FYI for those of you who are unhappy at this community. We hated it as well and left within a month. We did go to another equity property in Herndon (I know it is really far out). But, in any event, we have been really satisfied. It seems to just be this property.
