NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

We have lived here for a year, and at first things were great. Now as we are about to leave, we are noticing things. No maintenance problems until last week--the dishwasher doesn't release the detergent. The gates don't work often. There have been over a half a dozen car break-ins in the last few weeks--we were notified of the first one, but after that, they never bothered to send a notice around. Also MANAGEMENT IS RIDICULOUS. They are extremely rude when you want to get your packages or ask questions. Then leaving here as been a pain. We only gave them 30 days notice instead of 60 that we were leaving when the lease was up (ok our fault) but we added an extension to the lease--an extra month because they were making us pay the rent for that month anyways. well we just got our statement today--and it went up $600 from last month! It's ridiculous for rent to go up that much after the lease is up/renewed. They claim everything is in the lease and blah blah blah. It's not worth the money! We were paying $1300 (two parking spots included) for a 630 sq. ft apartment, now this last month we are paying $1800! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

This is true what this person says--all of it. Especially the increase in rent if you try to move and don't sign a new lease--they will rob you blind, bumping the rent up at least by $600, even if you have lived here for many years. Someone should sue them for unfair trade practices or some other legal theory--very anti-consumer.

Why doesn't someone contact the Better Business Bureau and report what is going on. If you have the information documentated, they will investigate. We have used them for several businesses that were unfair and it worked for us. We once lived at that apartment problem and we let them know we would contact the Better Business Bureau and their attitude changed immediately! TRY IT and good luck!!
