Building has never been cleaned in the past 18 months I have been living here. Hallways and sidewalks are always dirty, maintenance is not very good. The hallways are always extremely windy but the major problem is the lack of cleanliness of the building. The latest is that apparently the wood structure is rotting away so they have started to replace all the wood sidings and beams throughout the building. I would look at other properties before renting here.

The hallways are too windy? Someone shouldn't rent an apt because the hallways are windy? Are you for real? The hallways are outdoors! And, what constitutes a dirty sidewalk? What does that even mean? From what I understand the wood you are talking about suffered water damage and needed to be repaired. Do you want them not to make repairs? And it isn't throughout the building, it is that small area over by the parking garage. This review is misleading and clearly but someone who is disgruntled.

I would also like to lodge a formal complaint that the courtyards have far too much sunshine in them.

Get off this person's case. They are right, and you all know it. Look at the rating of this place. It keeps going down. It was 41% when I moved in a couple of years ago. Now it is at 32%, a 9% drop. Come on.
