Kind of small for the price but great community

My fiance and I moved in on April 1, 2009 and we've loved everything so far. The people in the office are always bright and friendly and remember our names whenever we come in. There are lots of pets and the grounds are kept very nicely. The pool is like a hotel pool. The gates are left open during rush hour times but they have not been broken since we've lived here. We rent the largest 1 bedroom which is actually pretty small and little overpriced for its size but when you take into account the neighborhood it's pretty cheap. Shopping center right across the street and 10 minutes from DC.My one major complaint would probably be the spider webs. I don't know what stink other's are referring to because the complex is laid out similar to a motel with open air hallways, so if anything stinks, its your house! We did have a maintanence issue with our stove but they just replaced it the following day and our leasing agent called to personally apologize for any inconvience. We did receive a letter over the summer saying that some cars were getting broken into but I've never had a problem in this area. The neighborhood is still "in transition" but I've walked down the street late at night and never had an issue. Arlington Police officer even lives in the complex! Would probably upgrade to the smaller 2 bedroom just for space but overall I love it. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
