The problem with RSP is the lying. For one thing this renovation project they are doing...it's disrupted a lot of lives. We've lived there for a number of years and it's time we left. The shuttle bus driver was rude and way too chummy with local lowlifes. It took a stroke to get rid of him and now I notice he's back sometimes. Maint is a joke.
The resident relations office actually gets off on complaints. The more animated you are the harder they laugh at you. They have 1/3 of one of three building empty because they threw everyone out for renovations with all but no notice and now due to class action law suits can not rent it again. Notice the incentive to get your friends to move in went up by 100 bucks and so did the rents. By a lot. The space in the apts is NOT bad but it's not a whole lot either. Neighbor hood has tons of conveniences. And it is pretty there. But you'll get lied to and you can't get anything fixed. Nicole the property manager is a sad sad woman. Way too good to talk to you (the resident).
It's a gated community and I just can't express enough how big of a joke that is. They won't let in your pizza or your friends but they are quick to put notices under your door that this car or that one got busted into the previous week.
AIMCO runs it and you should RUN from it. I am this summer. Don't be fooled by the talk of renovations. Who knows when that will get done and when they DO start working on it again they will rip your lease out from under you with little to no notice. They did it two years ago to the people in bldg 1 and it's still 1/3 empty. Save your selves some hassle and just don't come here.
