Great Pick for Tight Budget

There is a lot of renovation and construction going on in the area, but management has been great so far (been there 3 months) and the apartment is nice despite being old. Haven't seen any other apts. so close to DC with all the amenities, balconies and proximity to the interstate at such a good price.
