Water is out at least once a month. The AC units allow water to drip water onto your carpet during rain. Business office is non-responsive and arrogant. Very unprofessional staff. And now they are increasing rent of the one-bedroom apartments by over $100 a month. Every year as summer starts the AC inthe gym breaks down several times and it takes them weeks to repair it. Parking lot is poorly lit in areas and cars are frequently broken into. Shuttle service is unreliable and now overcrowded with noisy summer interns. Leasing office will treat you nice but once you sign, you have to deal with the Residents Relations and the Business offices. Contacting them is a waste of time. They just don't follow-up on issues and are always appologizing for what they call delays, mistakes and misunderstandings. Incompetence is what this is.
