A friend of mine turned me on to this website after I recommended Riverside to her. I've lived here for going on 3 years now and I haven't experienced any of the problems that other people are having. I live in the 2nd building and the apartment is huge, one of the largest that I've seen around and the price is good. When I've had maintenance issues they've been handled almost immediately. I can honestly say that the best thing about living here are the residents, but most of which are military and that is fine by me. The staff has always been very friendly and for such a large place even remember my name. I recommend Riverside without hesitation.
