Some of the worst things about Riverside are the tenants. They come from every sorry nation and bring with them their sorry ways. Many tenants are subsized and are easy to identify as they wander around the grounds and buildings, especially during the evenngs. Many conceal their liquor in plain brown paper bags. Some don't even have that level of regard and openly smoke their illicit drugs in pure defiance of the law. The best people are the elderly (who are darn sick of the riff raff moving in), and the young students. Black low class good for nothing bum males are constantly hitting on white women, whether or not they are decent women or trashy women. Scurity has no intention of intervening. Parents, if you are reading this from afar, DO NOT select this complex for your daughters to live. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I beleive that you commented on your racial beleifs. The property seems to be well in tact. I have a multiracial daughter, and i am very offended from both the white and black ethnicity background. Yes racism still occurs, but this was totaly un called for.
