Not the nicest of places. Crumbling infrastructure. Pipes burst, destroyed some of my belongings. Thin walls, I could hear the neighbors procreating. They changed the locks on my apartment without telling me. I got home from a business trip and was locked out! Security is weak. Smelly. Old. Sows ear. Other residents were absolute slobs, very messy common areas. Cheap though, and no insects! You can save money there. Easy to get to the metro,15 minute walk.
